Hi! I am Randy Haynes, aka Granpa Randy. I am the owner/operator of PB Classified. I was born at Poplar Bluff Hospital. My Parents were Bob Haynes and Mary Katherine Haynes. My big (read older) sister is Jan Thurman (Haynes). She has always been my protector. Love you, Jan!

My childhood

Played baseball in Linc Park Cub and Boy Scouts. Girl Scouts too! My mom was a troop leader. Rode my bike from the south end, across 27 sets of railroad tracks to get to Hillcrest Pool There was no overpass then. Got my first job at Cotton Baker’s Grocery. So much respect for Mr. Baker. Graduated from Poplar Bluff High School 1972 SNIR72 Post-graduation I entered a phase of my life My Dad Referred to as “fiddle-fartin’ around”. We decided I should join the Navy. Served onboard the aircraft carrier USS Ranger CVA-61. From ’74-’76. I then used my Montgomery GI Bill Benefits I earned while in the Navy to attend Three Rivers Junior College. That’s right, it was a Junior College then I graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science-Nursing in 1979. R.N. License The Raiders won the NJCAA Basketball National Championship 1979! Coach Bess was just getting started. I spent 40+years working as an R.N. Now I am just an old man who is enjoying life. This website is meant to be a fun place where folks can get to know the local business community and the business can reach out to their customers at any time.
